Maintenance

The Better Blind Company offers a comprehensive end-to-end service to its clients. Encompassed within this service are four main steps. Here is a brief summary of each:

Consult – We discuss your requirements and recommend a product, model and features.

Survey – At this stage we visit your site and perform a survey. We will also offer you advice based on this survey and put together a proposal for you.

Install – Once all of the details are agreed, we shall install the product for you. Making your timeline requirements such as deadlines our top priority.

Maintain – If required, we can provide a cleaning and maintenance service on one-off service or a contract basis.

Maintenance

Although the Better Blind Company’s products are low maintenance, over time they came can become tainted with dust or dirt, leaving them looking aged. In extremely demanding situations even the most robust products can become damaged or worn.

Better Blind Company is able to offer cleaning and maintenance services on an ad-hoc or contractual basis.

We will visit the site and inspect the products. If required we will quote for cleaning, repair or replacement of the product.

Cleaning

If your blinds require cleaning, then we can offer the a cleaning service, using our ultra sonic blind cleaning equipment. Ultrasonic blind cleaning uses sound waves to remove dust, bacteria and dirt from blinds.

The cleaning service involves us removing the blinds from the window, and transporting them off-site, where they are cleaned using the very latest ultrasonic cleaning equipment, before they are returned and reinstalled.
