• Citation approved health and safety systems
Citation’s health and safety certification is a Queen’s Award winning service. They have conducted a thorough analysis of the health and safety risks that we encounter. Appropriate control measures have been identified which aid in the prevention of incidents.
Citation continually to update our system with relevant changes to the health and safety legislation. They also periodically audit our performance against these control measures.
• CSCS cards for all surveyors and installers
All of our team are CSCS card holders which certifies their competence from a health and safety perspective.
• Risk assessments and Working Method Statements
During the survey process our surveyor will gather the data required to compile both risk assessments and working method statements. This allows our installation team to prepare correctly for the installation eliminating the risk of accidents.
• Investors in People
The Better Blind Company are proud holders of the Investors in People award. The Investors in People assessment pays particular attention to the communication implementation of health and safety measures.
• Personal Protective Equipment
All operatives are provided with personal protective equipment and are fully educated in appropriate usage.
